It is a problem in our industry with lenders paying different amount of commission and in some cases the lender could be paying more than twice what another lender pays or even in some cases the lenders pay nothing to mortgage brokers.
We are a little different to other brokers. You pay us a fee but we reimburse you every cent the lenders pay us.
